You agree that any lawsuit arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be filed only in the courts located within in Toronto , Ontario , Canada and you hereby consent and submit to the jurisdiction of courts situated within Toronto, Ontario for the purposes of litigating any such lawsuit. If any provision of this Agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from other terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
